Harmony between Human and Nature

Almas Caviar is committed to find a new order that allows human and nature to live in harmony and create a beautiful world of sustainable co-existence.

Based on such a philosophy, Almas Caviar produces eco-friendly caviar by using its Sustainable Technology (science of preserving species).

Almas Caviar is a gift from nature that follows the laws of it, while enriching human’s lives.

Natural Environment

Almas Caviar’s Aqua Farm is located nearby a sea lake which is the upstream of the Nam Han River.

​

The abundant volume of fresh water, weak alkali level in the water quality, and water temperature that is altered by the four seasons are the three key factors in determining the health of sturgeons and quality of Caviar.

 

Almas Caviar’s farm resides where all natural conditions are present to product the world’s finest caviar. The fresh water from the river runs through the farm every day.

Scientific Management

When raising sturgeons, scientific management is just as important as the natural environment.

​

Firstly, suitable nutrients for each phase of sturgeon’s growth are supplied. Secondly, an environment allowing sturgeons to grow healthily is maintained by effectively exterminating possible diseases.Thirdly, by the scientific maintenance of facilities at Almas Caviar Farm, Sturgeons' habitat emulates the natural environment.
